Event Description:
Join us for the Puksta Intercollegiate Fall Luncheon/Retreat, a day filled with meaningful connection, collaboration, and fun! This event is an opportunity for Puksta Scholars from different campuses to come together, share their experiences, and build lasting relationships. The day will include team challenges, icebreakers, opportunities to get to know one another and practice one-on-ones, all while enjoying a delicious lunch and engaging in various games.

10:50 AM - 11:15 AM: Land Acknowledgement and Welcome
11:15 AM - 11:45 AM: Team Challenge/Icebreaker
11:45 AM - 12:45 PM: Speed Dating and One2Ones
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch and Games
2:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Wrap-Up and Takedown

To ensure the event runs smoothly, we need volunteers to assist with setup and takedown, as well as with various activities throughout the day. Please consider lending a hand in one or more of the following areas:

All incoming scholars will be taking headshots during the event, so come prepared! If you are a continuing scholar and you’d like an updated photo, just let me know on your registration!
Please bring a refillable water bottle to help save on recycling!
We will be inside and outside, so make sure to wear layers, sunscreen, bring sunglasses and a smile!!
Extra Food:
Reusable food containers will be provided to all scholars who what to take the extra food home with them. Any other left-overs will be given through the Share Meals App
Share Meals is a digital platform where students can share extra meal swipes and post extra food from club events with students who are food insecure. It works in real time, based on your location. You can find extra food within a 5 minute walking distance with one quick glance.
