Event Details

Healing Your Heart is a 4-week closed acceptance and commitment therapy group for individuals ages 16+ located in Colorado who are struggling with the effects of a loved one's substance use. This group is a great opportunity to connect with other people who understand what you're going through. Whether your loved one lost their life to drugs or alcohol, or you're having a hard time managing the relationship while watching them actively abuse substances, there is space for you here.
